高雄肝病國際論壇藉由舉辦研討會之良機邀請國內外知名專家學者進行學術研究與經驗分享交換，並展示台灣在研究的實力，提升國內相關醫療研究學術地位，讓國際專家有機會瞭解台灣在此一領域的努力成果。
此次著重討論非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者在臨床上的問題，同時合併肥胖、糖尿病及代謝異常因子失調等特徵，期望未來能協助更新脂肪肝的疾病分類學，而我們將整合健康數據資料庫以瞭解飲食、運動和其他生活方式特徵對代謝性脂肪肝病的進展是否存在相關性和趨勢！
The International Kaohsiung Liver Forum takes advantage of the opportunity provided by hosting a symposium to invite renowned domestic and international experts and scholars for academic research exchange and experience sharing. This event showcases Taiwan\'s research prowess and enhances the academic status of related medical research in the country, allowing international experts to gain insight into Taiwan\'s achievements in this field.
This forum focuses on discussing clinical issues faced by patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, which is often accompanied by characteristics such as obesity, diabetes, and metabolic disorders. We aim to contribute to future updates in the disease classification of fatty liver. Furthermore, we will integrate health database information to explore potential correlations and trends between diet, exercise, and other lifestyle factors in the progression of metabolic fatty liver disease.
